Simple Mixed Dal Recipe: A Hearty, Healthy Meal

  1. Soak the mixed dal in water for 1-2 hours. Drain the water and rinse the dal with fresh water.

  3. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
